At North Star Studio, we value your time and ours. Each appointment slot represents a significant portion of our day dedicated to you. When appointments are canceled last minute or missed, it impacts our ability to earn and serve other clients. To ensure we can provide the best service to our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Fees:
48 Hours Before Appointment
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge will apply.
Same Day Cancellation/No-Show:
If you cancel on the day of your appointment or do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
